911 Restoration was called because I had a water pipe break in the wall behind my sink. They gave me helpful info to turn water off while on the phone. I would never had thought to do that. They immediately came out. Hank and Ron were first to arrive and made sure everything was safe because the kitchen was a disaster. I had no idea how to handle all the water. They walked me through the process and I immediately felt less stressed. Soon their technicians showed up And began the cleanup. They called their plumber and within two hours, the pipe was fixed. Hank helped me call my insurance company who spoke highly of 911 Restoration and also made this hell for me a more comforting time. Within 5 days, 911 Restoration began putting my house back together and did an excellent job. I have to say, I don’t remember a more stressful time and I don’t think I would have made it, if not for the caring help of Hanks entire team. I had several companies working in my house. 911 Restoration seem to take the lead and keep everyone organized. Hank Miller was great. He helped me understand the process to clean up this terrible mess the fire had created. Ron also helped me by getting subs that I needed, and ones that I could trust. Thank you so much 911 Restoration for all your help. Hope we never meet again in this context.

I had a great experience with 911 restoration they responded very quickly. Hank came out within a couple days of my call and assessed the damages quickly. The work was done in a timely manner. I'm happy with the results. I would definitely hire again.
